Pre-engineered hardwood

With a 50-year warranty and lifetime structural warranty on all products, this hardwood is more stable and performs better in our Colorado climate. Rocky mountain hardwood comes in a variety of width combinations, styles, wood grains, and colors. Pre-engineered hardwood can be installed by glue down, nail down, float, or over radiant in floor heating.
Pre-engineered luxury vinyl
Tuscan and ivory coast vinyl flooring has superior resistance to stains and scratching, 100% waterproof, and comes in a variety of styles and colors. With a 25-year residential warranty, this is a great option for smaller budgets. These flooring lines are GreenGuard (Gold) certified for indoor air quality and contributes to LEED credits. Luxury vinyl flooring can be installed using glue, nail, or float method.
